Responsibilities:

• Help define our software development process including writing unit tests, performing code reviews, and sharing best practices
• Help us build a culture centred on rapid iteration and honest feedback
• Build and deploy web applications to support business requirements
• Deliver results on time and with high quality
• Support production deployments

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience developing and deploying web applications from end-to-end

Requirements:

• Building pixel-perfect responsive web interfaces
• Expert with PHP, Laravel, SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Excellent social skills including the ability to convey complex requirements in a clear, concise, and credible manner
• Proven track record of delivering projects in an agile environment
• Attention to detail, self-motivated, driven to exceed expectations
• Willingness to learn and apply new technologies quickly
• Excellent presentation, communication and social skills
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders to make our organization more streamlined and productive

Experience with any of the following is a plus: 

AWS, Forge, Vapor, Lumen, Python, Nginx, Tailwind, Vue, React, REST, Codeigniter, Symfony, MongoDB, Mysql, Source Control
